Beginner Golf Camps
Ages: 9-12

Beginner level camps are designed for children looking for an introduction to golf.  These Camps meet one day a week for 5-weeks, so choose the camp day that best meets your scheduling needs.

This camp is designed for beginners, but don’t think for a minute that golf camp is boring.  Children are hitting, pitching, putting, and practicing from day one.  Instructors use age appropriate games, drills, and techniques during each session.

While FUN is the motivator, learning is the objective. Children will be instructed on their grip, address position, and basic swing motion too a balanced follow through.  Instructors will also touch upon golf etiquette and safety issues.

Putting and chipping skills will be taught using the same simple triangular connection motion.  While pitching will be taught as a mini version of the larger swing motion.  As games are a big part of kids learning, they will be used regularly to motivate and monitor the campers progress.  Beginner level campers will rotate between the driving range, short game area, and putting green nearly every session.

Kids do not receive on-course play in any Beginner level camp!
